Frequency of 2-3 times a week (90min - 2h per session)
Workouts on the water from May to October
Supervised by qualified and certified coaches

Individual assessments at the beginning of each quarter to assess skills and goals
Apprenticeship - motor skills, gesture and technique learning, introduction to competition
