Despite the closure of the Olympic Basin for the winter season, the Montreal Rowing Club continues its training! Benefiting from the facilities of the Parc Jean-Drapeau Athletes' Quarters, winter training is open to everyone, from Recreational rowers all the way to Competitive athletes.

Double sessions, 1 hour of ergometer (rowing machine) and 1 hour of weight training, are organized to have a complete training in one session on Mondays and Wednesdays from 6 pm to 8 pm. Rowing tank sessions can be arranged contingent to demand.

Details and pricing for the 2018-2019 Indoor season are as follows:

- Recreational - Stay in Shape: An opportunity for members who wish to continue their training but who cannot commit to 2 or 3 sessions per week. The price for the season is $250 + taxes.

- Rec/Master - Performance: The Performance program is made for those who want to push themselves further and want to compete at the Québec Indoor Rowing Championship and the Dawson College Ergathon. The price for the season is $325 + taxes.

- Cadet: A chance for cadets, aged 10-15, to develop, or continue to develop, their rowing skills. The price for the season is $200 + taxes.

- Competitive: The Competitive program is made for Junior and Senior Athletes who want to stay in shape for the 2019 on the water season and who want to compete at the Québec Indoor Rowing Championship and the Dawson College Ergathon. The price for the season is $250 + taxes.
