Goal

Discover and develop motor skills and technique to give them the taste and the pleasure of rowing.

Training

  • 4 sessions of 2 hours in the afternoon, or 2 sessions of 3h30 over a week-end
  • Initiation rowing tank / Ergometer,
  • Initiation on different boats on the water.

Program

  • Review of objectives
  • Learning the technique of rowing
  • Learning boat setting
  • Program adapted to all types of rowers
  • Training on boats 1x, 2x, 4x, 8x seats

Requirements

  • Be able to swim more in water 25m deep,
